Beyond Compliance:
Prevention & Intervention
Interventionist skill-building to shift hierarchical culture
What is this
Sexual harassment at work is surrounded by fear; fear of causing offense, fear of causing harm, and the fear and reality of experiencing it.
Beyond Compliance meets that reality head-on. This expert-led session is customized to your industry, your policies, and your workplace — then goes further than a standard training ever does.
-
This began as a passion project and evolved into something more. Building on Krishna’s work as a prevention educator, we set out to make a real difference in workplace sexual harassment. We take time to understand, explore, and create a session that lands at every turn.
-
We believe in keeping things simple, smart, and human. This session is highly tailored to ensure we meet your team’s unique needs while remaining compliant with the legal landscape.
As facilitators, we model the openness, accountability and resilience we hope to see in every organization. Sessions include field-specific research applied through activities that invite engagement, collaboration, and most importantly application.
-
We’ve provided hundreds of trainings to thousands of participants all over the world. We pride ourselves on our global footprint providing culturally specific trainings in LATAM, EMEA, North America, and Australia.
What You'll Learn
The Legal Framework — and Beyond
We define sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and abusive conduct and how they show up at work. Then we go further: unpacking the subtle behaviors that can veer toward inappropriate or abusive while still falling short of the legal definition.(Supervisors get an added discussion of their enhanced responsibility and liability.)
Identity and Power in the Workplace
Harassment rarely happens in a vacuum. Using an intersectional lens, we examine how workplace power intersects with identity — and how to recognize problematic visual, verbal, and physical conduct in a gender-expansive workplace.
Toolkit for Productive Intervention
Move from awareness to action. Participants build comfort with a clear bystander intervention framework — what to say, to whom, when, and in what context — plus concrete methods for recognizing, engaging, and addressing harm as it happens.
Live Practice with Real Scenarios
Skills stick when you use them. Through scenario practice and real-time group application — with separate breakouts for managers and individual contributors — participants leave ready to act, not just informed.
